Canadian Gardening E-Newsletter Contest Rules
Complete Contest Rules
1. The "Canadian Gardening E-Newsletter Contest" is organized by www.canadiangardening.com and is property of Transcontinental Media G.P. Limit of one online entry per person. Online entries must be received by 11:59pm (EST), March 30, 2010. Online entries are created by subscribing to the Canadian Gardening e-newsletter. All current e-newsletter subscribers (regardless of when they subscribed) are entered into the Canadian Gardening E-Newsletter Sign Up Contest and all future Canadian Gardening E-Newsletter Sign Up contests.
2. One (1) Canadian Gardening e-newsletter subscriber will be chosen to win a Sit & Store by Fiskars (approx. retail value $50). The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. Contest sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value.
3. A random draw from all eligible entries received on or before the contest closing date (March 30, 2010) will be made during the week of April 5, 2010 and will be held at the Transcontinental Media G.P. offices in Toronto, Ontario.
General Terms and Conditions
The contest is open to all residents of Canada, excluding the province of Quebec, who are 18 years of age and/or have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside, with the exception of employees of Transcontinental Media G.P., and the sponsors and all persons with whom these employees are domiciled.
To claim his prize, winner(s) must fill in and sign a Declaration of Compliance and a full Liability Release that will be sent to him by mail and/or courier and/or fax and/or e-mail by Transcontinental and return it filled in and signed within fifteen days of receiving it.
The winner(s) will be contacted by telephone and/or e-mail. In the event that Transcontinental Media G.P. cannot contact the selected entrant of one or several of the draws for whatever reason within forty-eight hours following the draw, Transcontinental Media G.P. will conduct as many draws as necessary from the entry forms to find a winner.
All decisions of the contest judge(s) are final. The chances of being selected depend upon the total number of entries received. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
Transcontinental Media G.P. reserves the right to reject any entry form that is incomplete, illegible or that contains a human or mechanical error and to proceed with the selection of another Entry Form.
Limit one prize per person
Neither Transcontinental Media G.P. nor corresponding sponsors; and the sponsors will be responsible for the failure or malfunction of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment affecting participation in or any other aspect of this contest.
All entries become the property of Transcontinental Media and the information on these entry forms may be made available for promotional purposes by Transcontinental Media and third parties.
Transcontinental Media G.P. and the contest sponsors reserve the right to modify or cancel the Contest without advance notice.
