FROM THE EDITOR
headshot-112x131.jpg As much as I miss my garden, winter offers a nice break from the constant weeding and care that’s required from spring through to fall. It’s also a great time to reflect on what you’d like to add to or change in your garden come spring. On my to-do list this year: choosing a seed catalogue, deciding what veggies and herbs to plant, and coming up with a plan for my front yard—we’re turfing the grass this year in favour of plants.

Speaking of seed catalogues, take a look at our directory and let us know if we’ve missed any of your favourites on our Facebook Fan page.

Plus check out Canadian Gardening magazine editor-in-chief Erin McLauglin’s new blog, Garden Shutterbug. Erin will be writing about all things digital photography—with a gardening spin, of course!

Happy gardening!
