Celebrate spring at the Canadian Tulip Festival

A designated "Tulip Route" weaves its way through the city so that tulip lovers can enjoy the many tulip displays. In all, over 50 varieties of tulips are planted in a combination of early, mid-season and late-flowering types to ensure a succession of bloom over several weeks. Commissioners Park has the largest display with over 300,000 tulips forming breathtaking carpets of colour.
