* The Vancouver Rhododendron Society is proud to announce its Annual Show and Sale May 5, 2012 from 10 to 4 at Park & Tilford Gardens, 333 Brooksbank Ave., North Vancouver.
This event is a rare opportunity to purchase rhododendron species, choice rhododendron hybrids and companion plants not typically found at local garden centres. Admission to the Show and Sale is free.

* 30th Annual Victoria Conservatory of Music Mother’s Day Garden Tour, May 12 and 13 from 10 to 4. Presented by Newport Realty and Newport Property Management, our Annual Mother's Day Garden Tour is a perfect way to celebrate Mother's Day, or simply to enjoy a beautiful spring weekend! This 30th Annual fundraising event benefits the Victoria Conservatory of Music.
Tickets will be available in April at a variety of locations, including the VCM (250-386-5311 or 1-866-386-5311) and Victoria Thrifty Foods locations. All proceeds are donated to the VCM. Tickets: $30 (two day pass).
