Foodprints: Edible Environments, Sustainable Gardens
I had a great chat with both Kevin O'Neil of Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief (CPAR) and Sheila Waite-Chuah, OCAD Coordinator of the Sustainability Office about the interesting partnership that was forged for this booth. This garden area showcases some of the work CPAR does in Eastern Africa to educate farmers and help them grow sustainable crops. And where does OCAD come in? They designed and put together this amazing display using recycled materials.
